What are the benefits of using your services instead of using an online booking engine?

We service your trip from the time you book until you return home and, if you encounter any hiccups along the way, we can step in and problem-solve on your behalf. Online booking engines simply are not set up to provide the type of customized and personalized services that we do. 

What does the Planning & Design Fee cover?

The Planning & Design Fee covers our time spent researching and perfecting your itinerary, liaising with suppliers, booking your trip, preparing you for travel, and servicing your reservations from the time you book until you return. Fees vary based on the length and complexity of the trip and/or the number of travelers.

Do you work with groups?

Of course! Traveling as a group can involve a lot of logistical complexity. We relieve you of the headaches that come with organizing a group trip, leaving you to sit back and enjoy spending time with your travel companions. Contact us to hear more about how we can assist with your group vacation.

Do you have a minimum trip investment?

Pricing varies depending on the destination and the time of year you are traveling. In general, we expect that our clients are willing to invest a minimum of $500 per person per day towards their trip, excluding the cost of airfare. We work exclusively with 4 and 5-star properties and highly vetted service providers and have found this to be a reliable guidepost for a minimum investment level.
