We start with a complimentary planning session to discuss your vision for the trip as well as your travel preferences to ensure the itinerary is built around your needs. This discussion will allow us to have a more complete picture of how you envision your trip. Based on our conversation, we will provide you with a quote for our Planning & Design Fee.
Plan
Once you let us know you are ready to move forward, you will receive a client agreement to sign along with an invoice for our Planning & Design Fee. Once the agreement is signed and the fee is paid, you get to sit back while we get to work reaching out to our network of vetted, luxury travel partners to craft your vacation. We will work together until we get your itinerary just right.
Prepare
After your trip is booked, we stay in touch to ensure any remaining deposits are paid, visas and passports are valid, and tie up any logistical loose ends. We will review your itinerary from start to finish so that you feel comfortable with what to expect at each stop, including recommended packing lists and any final to-do items. We will also provide you with access to a digital itinerary through an app so you will always have important details at your fingertips.
