Services

We offer a range of planning packages depending on your needs. We charge a non-refundable Planning & Design Fee for our custom itineraries, which covers our time spent on research, liaising with our partners, and providing you with guidance and assistance from the time we start planning your trip through your return. Cruise and hotel-only bookings may incur a fee, as noted below. We will review all options with you during our complimentary consultation call, as well as our quote for any applicable fees.

Cruise Advising & Booking - Complimentary*

If you already know the exact sailing you want to book, we would be delighted to book your cruise for you. We can also advise if any additional amenities or promotions apply to your sailing. Booking your cruise with us allows you to utilize us as your primary contact for any questions you have or assistance you require - no need to wait on hold with the cruise line, no need to get a different person on the end of the line each time you call in with your questions. We know you, we know your booking.

If the array of cruise options feels overwhelming or intimidating, we can help sort through options to find the cruise lines and itineraries that meet your needs based on your specific travel style and trip parameters. Once you have decided on the specific itinerary, we will book your cruise, guide you through the pre-cruise process (including important dates and deadlines for booking excursions, dining reservations, and final payment), and assist with logistics for any pre-cruise or post-cruise flights, hotels, and transfers.

*Adding a customized pre-cruise or post-cruise itinerary (not offered via the cruise line) may incur a Planning & Design Fee depending on scope and complexity.

Hotel-Only Booking - Complimentary (*minimum $500/night for us to book on your behalf)

Sometimes you just need a hotel. Our relationships with luxury hotel brands allow us to provide VIP amenities at a variety of fabulous hotels at no additional cost to you. Examples of VIP amenities that may be provided include free breakfasts, room upgrades, property credits, early arrival and/or late departure times.

If you would like to book a hotel yourself, you are welcome to take advantage of our luxury hotel booking tool, which will allow you to book many of our luxury hotel partners directly with VIP amenities already included.

If you do not see the hotel you want to book in the online booking tool, or would prefer for us to book your hotel, please reach out to us. We do not charge a fee for booking your hotel, but we do require a minimum booking of $500/night/room if booked outside of the self-service online booking tool.

Custom Trip Planning - Starting at $350
This option is for travelers who are looking for a customized, bespoke itinerary. Our typical service includes researching and arranging hotels, activities, transportation, and one-of-a-kind experiences. Our starting fee of $350 covers up to 7 days and one household. Pricing will increase based on the number of travelers/households, number of countries visited, length of trip, and itinerary complexity.

Flight Ticketing Fee - $75/person

We charge a ticketing fee for any flights that we book on your behalf. This fee is waived if your flights are included as a component of a pre-packaged vacation or cruise.
